【Collaborators】

nodejs/node 核心 GitHub 仓库由协作者维护，这些协作者由现有协作者持续提名产生。

【The nodejs/node core GitHub repository is maintained by the Collaborators who are nominated by other existing Collaborators on an ongoing basis.】

对项目做出重大和有价值贡献的个人会被授予“协作者”身份，并获得项目的提交权限。这些个人由其他协作者提名，并与现有协作者讨论其提名。

【Individuals making significant and valuable contributions are made Collaborators and given commit-access to the project. These individuals are identified by other Collaborators and their nomination is discussed with the existing Collaborators.】

【Technical Steering Committee】
