nodejs/node 核心 GitHub 仓库由其他现有合作者持续提名的合作者维护。

¥The nodejs/node core GitHub repository is maintained by the Collaborators who are nominated by other existing Collaborators on an ongoing basis.

做出重大且有价值贡献的个人将被授予协作者称号，并获得项目提交权限。这些人员由其他合作者确定，他们的提名将与现有的合作者讨论。

¥Individuals making significant and valuable contributions are made Collaborators and given commit-access to the project. These individuals are identified by other Collaborators and their nomination is discussed with the existing Collaborators.

技术指导委员会

¥Technical Steering Committee

¥The project is governed by the Technical Steering Committee (TSC) which is responsible for high-level guidance of the project. TSC is a subset of active Collaborators who are nominated by other existing TSC members.
