stream.stopSending([code])

• code <number> | <bigint> 发送给对端的应用错误代码。默认值：0n。

请求对端停止在此流上发送数据，发送一个携带 code 的 STOP_SENDING 帧。可写端保持打开，所以这一端仍然可以发送数据。
