本地证书作为 crypto.X509Certificate 实例。服务器会话返回为协商的 SNI 主机配置的证书。客户端会话返回 undefined，除非发送了客户端证书。会话被销毁时返回 undefined。

🌐 The local certificate as a crypto.X509Certificate instance. Server sessions return the certificate configured for the negotiated SNI host. Client sessions return undefined unless a client certificate was sent. Returns undefined if the session is destroyed.
