钩子回调必须是普通函数。提供异步函数会抛出异常，因为它会产生无限的微任务循环。

¥The hook callbacks must be plain functions. Providing async functions will throw as it would produce an infinite microtask loop.

注册要为每个 promise 的不同生命周期事件调用的函数。
