response.finished 表示 response.end() 是否已被调用，而不是表示 'finish' 是否已被触发以及底层数据是否已刷新。

相应地使用 response.writableFinished 或 response.writableEnded，以避免产生歧义。

为了保持现有行为，应将 response.finished 替换为 response.writableEnded。
