buf.readDoubleLE([offset])

• offset <integer> 在开始读取前要跳过的字节数。必须满足 0 <= offset <= buf.length - 8。默认值： 0。
• 返回值：<number>

从指定的 offset 在 buf 中读取一个 64 位小端双精度浮点数。
